For Anca, every successful product starts with an in-depth understanding of the industries and markets targeted and a thorough feature, pricing, and consumer analysis.
As an independent consultant for over 7 years, Anca has become a trusted advisor to numerous entrepreneurs, accompanying them in implementing innovative strategies that drive growth and profitability in their competitive industries. She also delivers workshops of commercializing innovations, pricing strategy and value proposition to Quebec’s economic development agencies.
